Steps To Download Presets into AE:

You will receive a file 'natminsi CC3.ffx'

Locate your Adobe folder, go to the After Effects version you use,

open the User Presets folder and move the file into it,

(I prefer go to the Support files and add to Plug-ins folder)

If After Effects is open, relaunch the app.

The coloring should appear inside your Effects & Presets panel.
