📄 What You’ll Submit

After purchase, I will contact you personally via email with instructions explaining what to send.

To keep the review manageable and focused, you will submit:

• Key application sections, up to 15 pages
• A brief medical and treatment summary
• A list of supporting medical evidence
• Up to three questions you would like addressed

⚠️ Please do not send your full application package or complete medical file unless I specifically request a particular document.

5. We discuss your application

6. You receive a written follow-up

After the appointment, I will send a summary of the main recommendations and next steps discussed.
