The Moment of Clarity Wellness Journal is an effective tool for introducing dimensional wellness, self-mastery, and journaling to result in a fully transformative experience. All participants will receive a free copy of the book, either physical or digital.
Each participant receives the MOC Method Worksheet—a structured tool designed to help clarify their goals, design a workflow for success, and begin building a personalized plan for transformation. The worksheet also serves as a master prompt for AI tools like ChatGPT or Asana to create accountability systems tailored to the individual or group.
