Free 7 Day Fitness Challenge
Directions:
Attached is a copy of the 7 Day Fat Burning Challenge. There is a hyperlink attached to each exercise in the event that you are unfamiliar. In addition, the sets and reps are listed within each challenge. Lastly, I attached the Brick After Brick Goals tracker. In this tracker you are able to annotate all of your body metrics, set daily goals and track your weight.
Participation:
I need you to take a photo of yourself Day 1 and annotate your starting weight. One day post challenge, I need you to do the same thing. Lastly, I ask for a testimonial (10 Sec vid or Social Media post) detailing your experience to provide me with the necessary feedback. At the end of the challenge I need you to email me both your Day 1 and Day 8 photos, along with your goals tracker sheet.
Now the real work begins. You have what it takes and more importantly, I believe in you.
1. I dare you to remain consistent for the next 7 days.
2. I dare you to give it all that you have.
3. I dare you to eliminate all excuses.
4. I dare you to ignore all distractions.
