- You are not allowed to share, leak, trade, or redistribute my avatars/assets under any circumstances. This includes making my avatars/assets public.

- Using or taking any asset from my models without purchasing/obtaining them from the original creator's nitro/store is strictly prohibited. You cannot reuse anything from my models, even if it is for personal use.

- No refunds. You have bought a digital product. You are responsible for reading the description of the avatar and checking the version you are purchasing. My avatars/assets are always showcased as they are in game.

- You are allowed to use my avatars/assets for social media/streaming, please be sure to add credits. Do not gatekeep my avatars/assets.

- You are allowed to export my avatars into games, Helios, CVR, and NeosVR. Any other game is prohibited. My avatars are intended for VRChat only, I am not responsible for any issues when exporting into other games. They are still required to be personal use only and you are still required to follow my TOS.

- You are not allowed to resell my avatars.

- You may only resell my assets if it is on a completed avatar. My assets are not allowed to be resold by themselves. You MUST credit me on your page with a link to my shop and my discord (@foxicon)

- My avatars can only be uploaded to the account they were bought for. They are not allowed to be uploaded to multiple accounts.

- Failure to put all correct and required information will invalidate your license and you will not be allowed to use my avatars/assets. If buying couple packages, you must put BOTH yours and the recipient's correct information.

- My avatars/assets are my OCs or ideas, do not recreate, copy, or claim them as your ideas in any form.

- Price splitting is not allowed.

- Editing my avatars is allowed. You can make color edits and small asset changes. The avatar must still be recognizable as the one you purchased. You cannot make a new avatar using my head/body/hair.

- I am not responsible for any game/engine updates that break my avatars. If it was an issue from my end of creation, it will be fixed.
