America is a Christian Country

From the shores where the Pilgrims first prayed,  

To the bells that rang freedom’s first call,  

This land was built on the Rock that won’t fade,  

The Word of God standing tall.  

No king, no crown, no godless throne,  

We bowed our knees to Christ alone.  

The blood of the Lamb, the ink of the pen,  

Forged these United States for Him.  

America is a Christian country!  

Say it loud, let the whole world hear!  

One nation under God Almighty,  

Rooted in Scripture, crystal clear!  

We don’t bend, we don’t apologize,  

Jesus is Lord, that’s no compromise!  

America is a Christian country,  

And we will never back down!  

The Ten Commandments carved in stone,  

In courthouses from coast to coast.  

Crosses on mountains, hymns in our homes,  

The Gospel is what we boast.  

They can rewrite the textbooks and lie,  

But history screams from sea to sky:  

This nation was born in revival fire,  

And only the cross can lift her higher!  

America is a Christian country!

No other gods, no foreign creed,  

No secular lie will plant its seed.  

We were bought with blood on Calvary,  

This land belongs to the King of kings!  

Wake up, church! Stand up, saints!  

The devil’s been stealing what God creates.  

We take it back in Jesus’ name,  

America will praise His fame!  

America is a Christian country!  

Shout it from the mountains high!  

Under God we stand, unashamed and free,  

Till the Lord returns in the sky!  

We don’t bend, we will not apologize,  

Christ is King over these United States!  

America is a Christian country,  

And by God’s grace… she always will be!  

Yes, America is a Christian country…
