a pinch of everywhere is our first digital recipe zine: 65 pages of food from the orange fennel kitchen, shaped by our eastern roots and the places we’ve travelled and eaten.

inside: flaky banitsa, cheese-stuffed peppers with honey, pork and mushroom grape leaves, eggplant schnitzel with two sauces, lamb chops, sardine and ’nduja pasta, and more. food for putting in the middle of the table and reaching across someone for.

we’re dob and emy. we put this together while working on a larger cookbook, gathering the meals we wanted to share now. it’s a scrappy first edition, with quantities we’re still refining. take it with a grain of salt. taste as you go.
