luci's glow cc for Adobe After Effects.
You will need the plugins- Sapphire, BCC, MBL (Magic Bullet Looks), RSMB.
Simply add it onto an adjustment layer above the clip or add directly onto the clip. If the CC becomes too bright, I would suggest too lower the glow intensity or the brightness.
