My Life Doesn't Belong to Me, I Just Manage It
Sections 1–3: My Body • My Time • My Gifts
Before you can change how you manage your life, you have to become aware of how you're currently living it.
This guided self-reflection journal takes you through the first three areas of My Life Doesn't Belong to Me, I Just Manage It: your body, your time, and your gifts.
My Body — I Manage It
Explore your relationship with your body, how well you listen to what it needs, rest, movement, personal boundaries, self-talk, and the daily choices that affect how you feel.
My Time — I Decide How I Use It
Take an honest look at where your time actually goes. Explore priorities, distractions, procrastination, rest, time boundaries, and whether your schedule reflects the life you say you want.
My Gifts — I Develop Them or Neglect Them
Identify the gifts you already carry, recognize abilities you may have overlooked, uncover what has kept you from developing them, and consider what those gifts could become when you intentionally use them.
Throughout these sections, you'll work through guided questions, personal inventories, self-realization exercises, deeper reflection prompts, and management plans designed to move you from simply noticing your patterns to deciding what you want to do differently.
This isn't about criticizing yourself for what you haven't done.
It's about awareness, accountability, and better management decisions.
You already have something in your hands. Now, what are you going to do with it?
