All the help you need in one course

I’m sure you’ve thought about hiring a personal trainer to help you start a fitness program and show you exactly what exercises to do, how often to do them and help you with your nutrition… but maybe had a hard time justifying spending $100 or more a week?


Trust me, I know. Over the years of sitting down for consultations and training clients I grew increasingly frustrated with the amount of people who would either leave me as clients because of a financial crisis or would never even start in the first place because they couldn’t afford it! I became obsessed with finding a solution so that I could help more people and charge less all at the same time…

So what's the 30 day program all about?

We start with the most important part of the program: the basics of nutrition and dive into a simple calorie counting formula to figure out how many calories and what kind of calories (proteins, carbs or fats) we want to be eating. Although this does take a little work on your end you’ll have a much more customized nutrition plan than me just slapping together a one size fits all program. Once we know what we want in terms of calories and macros you’ll print out the 30 day nutrition tracking plan! That way you’ll have a sheet for every single day of your 30 day program with all the guidelines you need to successfully reach your goals! You can either just do the basic work of calculating the calories you’ll need to eat daily to get to your end goal or you can go a step further and begin playing with macros as well (Protein, Carbs and Fats). And don’t worry, I got a video where I walk you through the math!


Let’s do a quick assessment and figure out where you’re at in terms of upper body, lower body and core strength. We are going to run 3 simple exercises which you’ve probably done before… This will give you a starting point which you can use for reference to make sure you’re seeing gains in both strength and conditioning and it’ll tell you at what intensity you should start off with going into the first few weeks! What’s awesome about this program is that although you may not have me beside you, I walk you through the program just as I would in a one on one session minus me actually physically being there via video and worksheets. Make sure you don’t skip this step! It will only take us a whole 30 minutes and it’ll help everything else in the program fall into place!

Do I need any special equipment?

This is a program you can do from home with no equipment at all (feel free to use weights if you have them) so most the exercises will be done with only your body-weight! If you think you can’t get a good workout using only your body weight then you have another thing coming for you! I’ll explain the three levels of each exercise so you can start at whatever level the assessment placed you in for your lower body, upper body and core workouts. You’ll be doing a mix of strength and cardio exercises daily followed up with a core workout. Workouts range from 20-40 minutes, plus we’ll also be trying to squeeze in steady state and interval cardio sessions at least every two days, the more the better! This mix of nutrition, strength training and cardio will get the job done, no supplements needed! I won’t be selling you a single thing throughout this program. This program is first and foremost for the budget conscious workoutee -­ no gym, no equipment and no supplements needed! You’ll get a printable calendar that you can stick on your wall and follow along checking off your workouts as you progress through our 30 days!
