Virtual Consult with Jessica Valant - 60 minutes

This one hour individual online session can be used to help you reach your health goals, learn more about an injury, discuss upcoming surgeries and create an individual plan just for you! Take advantage of this unique opportunity to talk to Jessica one on one so you can feel more empowered about your own health and individual needs.

All appointments are done through Zoom video calls. You will get a recording of the call as a part of your appointment payment.

When you purchase, a health questionnaire and liability form will be included in the email receipt you receive. Please fill this out and return to info@jessicavalant.com. You will either chose the form for your first visit OR the follow up visit form, depending on whether you have seen Jessica before.

When payment goes through and we have received your paperwork, you will be contacted by Jessica's team to schedule your appointment. We typically have appointment openings within 2-3 weeks of receiving your paperwork.

Please keep in mind appointments are typically 55 minutes long on zoom and Jessica uses significant time after your appointment to develop your personalized plan and email.
