I am a certified 500 hrs yoga instructor, wellness educator, a world traveler and a member of Yoga Alliance. I completed my yoga teachings training at The American Yoga Academy in Summit New Jersey under the mentor-ship of International yoga therapist Claire Diab. I am a certified Womb Yoga Dance Practitioner founded by Master teacher Queen Afua and a Holistic Feminine Wellness and V Steaming Practitioner certified under the leadership of Tracey Bryant Swint of Love My Womb Academy. My passion to learn how to integrate healing on a mind body soul level led me into a deep desire to study the benefits of therapeutic yoga, sound healing, meditation, and feminine healthcare. My infectious spirit and unique ability to inspire, encourage others has helped dozens of people towards living a more peaceful, whole, and sacred lifestyle.
