Easy worsted weight beanie pattern using slipped stitches and reverse stockinette to create a graphic look. Happy knitting!
Materials:
Size US 6 (4.0mm) circular needles on a 16” cord (or needles needed to get gauge); size US 6 (4.0mm) DPNs (or size needed to get gauge) if needed for crown decreases.
A total of 125 yards of worsted weight yarn. For my project, I used Malabrigo Rios in the Marte colorway.
1 stitch marker.
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
Measurements with no blocking: 8” tall with an unstretched circumference of 15” inches (will stretch to fit an adult head).
Gauge: 6 stitches and 8 rows equals 1” in unblocked stockinette stitch.
