The book was designed for End-of-Life Doulas to be able to purchase and use with their clients, but anyone can benefit deeply from this workbook. The workbook is a series of prompts that will nudge the participant to review key portions and aspects of their life in light of who they are. There are ample spaces for people to creatively journal about the material the prompt requests of them. After years of research, I believe that the scope of the prompts is exceptional. The reflections individuals are called into are all vital portions of life to review.
