I created this mood tracking worksheet for myself. I wanted to see if there was any correlation between my mental health (feeling anxious/"stressed out" or down/"sad") and certain variables.  I needed it to be super easy to track for a month and the "data" combined on a single worksheet so I could look for patterns.

Thats how The Mood Tracker was created. This helps me keep track of my daily mood, the weather, my monthly cycle, sleep, and exercise. Some of the data I have control over and some I do not.

I thought other people may be able to benefit from it so I decided to share it with you!
