Nesty SLC Hobbling and Hopping at the Shoe Store

Nesty hobbles into the shoe store in a non-weight-bearing cast hoping to adorn her one good foot in a pretty shoe to make her feel better. She pulls off her one sneaker and tries on what she typically likes to wear a platform pump that’s pink to match the nail color of her exposed casted toes. But it’s obviously difficult to walk, or rather hop around in and the store clerk has to help her hop to the mirror where she tries in vain to get the pretty heel on her casted foot as well using her exposed toes. When it’s clear she'll need a walking aid for this heel she tries first using one and then two crutches for balance and it’s pretty clear she'll need both. Then she tries on a peep-toe heel, a more practical flat shoe for walking and finally a classic black pump with the clerk helping her hop or balance in front of the mirror to check out how her single shoes balance with the cast she'll still be wearing for some weeks. While offering to massage her exposed casted toes The store clerk notices they are dirty and offers to wipe them for her.
