CQC Supported Living Provider Registration Readiness Review | CCSG

Preparing a CQC provider application for supported living with personal care? CCSG will independently review your draft provider application, personal care additional information and Statement of Purpose for consistency with your proposed service. We will check your supporting document inventory against the relevant CQC submission categories and provide a prioritised readiness report and action plan.

What is included

• One review of up to 50 A4 pages combined of the draft provider form and personal care additional information.

• One Statement of Purpose, up to 15 pages, checked for consistency.

• A high-level completeness and alignment check using your document inventory and up to 15 pages of selected supporting document excerpts.

• Basic manager alignment using up to 5 pages of relevant information; this is not a full manager application review.

• One written findings report and prioritised action plan, a 60-minute online findings call, and one clarification email received within seven calendar days of the report.

The fixed price covers one legal provider, one proposed supported living service and one CQC location. The report is targeted within seven working days after complete documents are received and accepted. The call is arranged by mutual availability, ordinarily within ten working days of the report. After purchase, download the customer guide and intake questionnaire, then email us. We will confirm a secure way to receive your draft materials. Do not submit identity documents, DBS certificates, personal care records or passwords through Payhip checkout or WhatsApp.

The review does not include writing or submitting the application, a line-by-line review of policies, financial audit, legal review of housing arrangements, on-site visit, manager interview coaching or contact with CQC. Multiple locations, combined services and extra rounds require a separate quotation. You remain responsible for approving and submitting accurate documents. CCSG is independent of CQC; only CQC decides registration and no outcome is guaranteed. Checkout and CCSG policies govern cancellation and refunds, subject to statutory rights.
