He’s studying violin at the Music Academy of the University of East Sarajevo in the class of the famous serbian violinist and pedagogue, Jovan Bogosavljević.
In his early works he shows a distinctly romantic approach, inspired by violinist composers in history such as Paganini, Wieniawski and Ysaÿe. Later, under the great influence of Arvo Pärt, Philip Glass and Steve Reich, he began to study contemporary music and minimalism, a movement that emerged in America in the 1960’s decade.
