Sample Squad

Sample Squad is a multiplayer math review game for grade 7. Race to the finish by choosing random samples, spotting bias, predicting from samples and judging claims.

Skills: Random vs. biased samples, representative samples, sources of bias (convenience, voluntary response, leading questions), improving a sample, why bigger isn't better if biased, predicting population counts with proportions and percents, judging predictions, sampling variability, using several samples, checking claims like 'most students…' against sample data.

New problems every game, with Easy, Medium and Hard levels. Every miss shows a short explanation.
