Mellifera Hat - a knitting pattern

Finished Dimensions: circumference – 16.5 (18, 19.5) inches/ 42 (46, 50) cm, height – 7 (8, 8.5) inches/ 18 (20, 22) cm

Yarn: Hatch Brook Cheviot; Worsted, 100% Cheviot, 110 yards /50 grams

Color A: 80 (90, 100) yards/ 73 (83, 91) meters
Color B: 40 (50, 60) yards/ 37 (46, 55) meters

Gauge: 1 pattern repeat is 1.5 inches/ 3.8 cm wide and 3 inches/ 7.6 cm tall on size 8 needles

Needles: US 6/ 4 mm and US 8/ 5 mm

Notions: Stitch marker, and darning needle for weaving in ends.

Notes: Hat is worked from the bottom up in the round. For a deeper hat make the brim longer.
