Upon arrival we will take some time to settle in, possibly partake in a brief meditation / breath work grounding process. Discussion of intentions for your Reiki session and then position yourself on a massage table (wear comfortable clothing, shoes off). The session may include use of crystals, singing bowls, music or smudging. An ambience of peace is created, so if you fall asleep, it's ok! During the process my hands are placed at areas (including chakras) along your body, sometimes gently placing them directly on your head.
