When I signed up for Speak About It, I was thrilled at the idea of getting some more tips/strategies for my work as an Adult Learning Facilitator. After the first meeting I realized that the focus wasn’t on my ability to speak to audiences but on me, my message, and the potential that was laying untapped. I was feeling overwhelmed and slightly unmotivated at work, but after six sessiona with Thecia I had a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and direction for my career.  The most valuable outcome of this experience for me was the confidence I gained in myself. I was able to take time to reflect on my accomplishments, acknowledge that I am more than the work that I do, and I am an expert.
