Well, you are not alone as a leader in the non-profit ministry I often have had these conversations with myself. Through prayer and investing in coaching with communication and business experts I have been able to be consistently promoted in my 9 to 5 and also create streams of income through using speaking, coaching and sharing hope through ministry.

I am creating a space for you and other leaders in non-profit and ministry who desire to amplify their gifts through speaking and sharing information that is strategic and actionable.

As leaders in organizations such as food banks, Christian Counseling, shelters, afterschool programs, life skills programs, drug/alcohol rehabilitation; and ministries (men’s, women’s, youth and outreach), you will:

Build your self-awareness to shift from anxiety when addressing an audience to confidently sharing the problem you and your organization address and the solution to empower your audience.

Create a signature message that you can commit to memory so that you are prepared to share on demand.

Develop a trauma informed response to working with individuals who have experienced trauma.

Identify, implement and inspire your ideal audiences with programs and products that help them use the information you are providing to transform their lives while creating additional revenue streams for your organization/mission.

Identify and implement technology tools that help you to diversify your message and increase outreach.

Shift from public speaker to an expert/thought leader with solutions!
