The Last Era
THE LAST ERA — KABZZZ
8 Tracks | Independent Album | Do Not Disturb Recordz
What happens when a man looks back at everything he's survived, questions everything he's learned, and imagines the world he'll leave behind?
The Last Era is an eight-track album by British-Sierra Leonean recording artist, songwriter and music producer Kabzzz (Mamoud Khalil Kabba).
Moving between Manchester, Sierra Leone and an imagined future in 2090, the album explores love, spiritual traditions, mathematics, ambition, mortality, human relationships, cultural identity and personal transformation.
Every track carries its own world.
The Last Era imagines ageing, longevity, planetary symbolism and the future of human knowledge.
Anna explores compassion, gratitude and the complicated emotions that can grow from receiving genuine care.
Stars combines trap rhythms, coded expression and cosmic imagery in a journey towards personal growth.
Baguley reflects on hardship, resilience and everyday life in South Manchester.
Mi Go Go introduces a Krio expression of regret, examining the consequences of giving too much of yourself.
Remax 200 HB pays tribute to the headphones that accompanied Kabzzz through heartbreak, healing and musical discovery.
Shake It celebrates confidence, prosperity, dancing and Sierra Leone — the Diamond Land.
Graduating closes the album with freedom, cultural expression, knowledge and renewal.
