Conditions of sale and refund policy

Nature of the product. The product sold in this store is digital content, delivered as downloadable PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped. Access to the download is provided immediately after payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the rules applying to digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the buyer's express agreement and the buyer has acknowledged losing that right.

Refunds. No refund is given once the content has been downloaded, for the reasons set out above.
