"I have a two year old and am pregnant. Nausea/tiredness in first trimester made eating our usual variety of meals difficult. Now coming out of the worst of it and I need easy/low mental effort dinners and so I was grateful for this coming into my emails. I've done my online shop with the provided list! Looking forward to the meals. Also the ideas for when you are really out of energy are great! Thank you!

Before:

• “What’s for dinner?” every single day

• Standing at the fridge with no plan

• Stress and arguments at the table

After:

• Dinner already decided

• Less thinking, less stress

• More calm at mealtimes

• Feeling like you’ve got a handle on it

Not perfect. Just easier.

You don’t need to do this perfectly.

You just need something that helps.

Let this take some of the pressure off.

Start calmer evenings tonight.

Busy parent guide

It has been really helpful with my 2 under 5 year olds. The children have loved the dishes!

Thank you so much Lauren 💚

I’m so pleased it’s been helpful and that the children have enjoyed the meals.

Making family dinners feel a little easier is exactly what I hoped this would do.

Quite disappointing

I love HLJ and have his recipe book. I was quite disappointed in the Busy Parent Dinner Reset as it isn't anything I've not read on a website or seen on Facebook.

Hi Donna,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear the bundle didn’t meet your expectations.

I completely appreciate that some of the themes around family meals may feel familiar. However, I would like to clarify that the content, frameworks, tools and resources within The Busy Parent Dinner Reset were created specifically for this bundle and have not previously been published on my website, Facebook page or other platforms.

The intention wasn’t to create another recipe collection, but to bring together original meal planning tools, fussy eater support resources, practical frameworks and a done-for-you dinner plan in one place to help reduce the mental load around family dinners.

I’m sorry it wasn’t as valuable for you as I’d hoped, but I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

James
