Ocean Waves Top

- This top is designed to be an easy summer knit, worked from the bottom up, in the round,
divided to front and back at underarm, and knitted flat to shoulder BO.
- Neckband stitches are picked up, and worked at the end, either on double-pointed needles or
on circular needles using the magic loop technique.
