Because melting is a normal reaction to heat and we’re unable to control shipping or delivery conditions, we’re not able to replace or refund products that melt in transit.

If Your Product Arrives Melted:

If the weather is warm, we recommend placing unopened jars in the refrigerator for about an hour to help them firm back up. Once solid again, let them return to room temperature and stir in any oils that may have separated.
