2019 Conference Climate Change & Gardens 10.2 Janet Manning

From 2019: Janet Manning used her talk, Water – Painting by Numbers, to provide some interesting facts and figures related to water use in the UK and particularly in gardens. An important message to all garden owners and managers was to check for leaks across the garden. By reading garden water meters at the end of the day and then first thing in the morning, any change will reflect unintentional water use such as leaks (provided there is no night-time irrigation!).
