These are just the gloves for one of the Musgrove sisters to wear while exploring the Cobb in Lyme. Starting with a handful of i-cords worked on more than the usual three stitches, these gloves come together surprisingly quickly from fingertips down to cuffs. Added bonus: gloves may be worn on either hand. 

Note: Flying Gull stitch for cuff ribbing is provided in both charted and written formats.

Women’s Small (Medium, Large)
Hand circumference: 7 (8, 9) inches / 17.5 (20.5, 23) cm
Finger circumference: 1 7/8 (2 1/8, 2 3/8) inches / 5 (5.5, 6) cm

Materials
  • Stitch Together Stitch Swanky (Fingering: 70% Merino, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere), 437 yds / 100 g, color: Silvertongue, 1 skein
  • US 0/2 mm set of five DPNS or size needed to achieve gauge
  • Removable stitch markers, stitch markers, waste yarn or spare circular needle US 0 or smaller, B/US 2 (or smaller) crochet hook, cable needle (optional), tapestry needle

Gauge
32 stitches x 44 rounds = 4 inches / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch, after blocking
