Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?

No. A free one works. The coach lives inside ChatGPT, so you open it with whatever account you already have.

Is this a course?

No. There's nothing to watch. You paste a message, you get a reply. The Start Here page takes two minutes and that's the whole onboarding.

Will it work for what I sell?

If a human sends you a message and you freeze, yes. Insurance, consulting, coaching, design, trades, agencies. The 33 brush-offs are the same in every industry. The 60-second setup tells it what you sell so the replies fit.

Will it sound like me?

After the setup, yes. You give it three lines of how you actually write, plus anything off-limits. Before setup it defaults shorter and plainer, which is still better than "just circling back."
