52 weeks of prompts, 1 session per week. A YearBook of self-reflection.

This years worth of journal prompts is designed to take you on a journey of self reflection, connection, curiosity and creative whimsy. With weekly prompts across eight themes:

  • Self-Discovery & Identity
  • Inner Child & Emotional Healing
  • Relationships & Connections
  • Creativity & Expression
  • Abundance & Gratitude
  • Self-Compassion & Wellness
  • Trust & the Unknown
  • Yearly Reflections

each week containing 8-14 questions!

How to work though the booklet:

For variety and well rounded self exploration I recommend starting with the first prompt under Self-Discovery & Identity in week one. In week two, move to the first prompt under Inner Child & Emotional Healing, then the first prompt under Relationships & Connections in week three, and so on. Continue this pattern until you’ve worked through 48 prompts. And when December rolls around, the Yearly Reflection prompts will help you wrap the year up with insight, clarity, and maybe even a little magic✨

Whether journaling is new to you or already part of your routine, these prompts give you a clear path forward while leaving plenty of space for your own voice to shine. By the end of the year, you’ll have a collection of reflections that tell the story of how you’ve grown and what you’ve discovered.

so excited to start this journal

I have been wanting some structure to kickstart my daily journaling. I have journaled for years but only when traveling. I find that easy to do. However, I am mostly home now with a busy 6 year old and working in a job I love as a labor and delivery nurse. I still journal, now with my son, when we travel and I love it, but would also like to try journaling at home daily. I know I need more structure to do so. This is just what I was looking for!
