AI Disclosure Wording Pack, 24 Ready to Paste Templates DE EN, Etsy Seller Guide

Ready-to-paste AI disclosure wording for Etsy sellers and other online shops — written to match Etsy's AI disclosure requirement in its Creativity Standards (in effect since July 2024).

What you get: 24 ready-to-use text blocks covering 4 common cases —• AI-generated artwork or illustrations• AI-generated or AI-assisted text• AI-generated product photos or mockups• AI-assisted work that was reviewed and edited by hand

Each case includes 3 variants in both English and German: a short one-line tagline, a standalone "AI Disclosure" paragraph for your listing, and shop-policy wording for an About or Policies section. A one-page guide explains which case fits your product, and how to combine blocks when more than one case applies.

Delivered as one print-ready PDF guide plus one plain-text file with every block for fast copy-pasting into your listing editor.

Please read before buying: This pack provides general wording based on Etsy's AI disclosure policy and, as background only, the general transparency principle of the EU AI Act. It is not legal advice, does not guarantee compliance, and does not cover any other marketplace, country, or legal system. Platform rules can change at any time — always check the current policy where you sell. For legal certainty, consult a qualified lawyer in your own country. Wording is current as of October 10, 2026.

Made with the help of AI tools; all designs are original, not copied from another creator.

Use: personal shop use for your own listings. Resale or redistribution of the files themselves is not included.
