Most will agree eating is 80 % of the battle when it comes to losing maintaining a healthy weight. I recently went to a new doctor. He was astonished at my age ( turned 50 in 2022).
Then he asked how do you keep your weight in check. I replied,"I eat well 97% of the time and I exercise consistently." I will share with you the recipes I give to my clients.
