Discernment is not sustained on an empty tank. The capacity to hold context, to tell verified fact from confident fiction, and to act with judgment rests on a foundation that has to be kept — and this reading measures that foundation.

Your reading establishes your Wellbeing Score — Santosham — across your physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions, with an energetic reading held alongside as a check on the whole. Your score is placed on a clear band, from Uṣas through Śrama to Ojas, so you know exactly where you stand today. Some of what shapes wellbeing a number cannot honestly hold on its own; that part is read with you in the conversation your score opens.
