1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital photograph for the following purposes:

Personal Use:

Display on personal devices (computer, phone, tablet)

Printing for personal display (home, office, personal gifts)

Use on personal, non-commercial social media accounts (with credit to the photographer)

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

Use the photograph for any commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes without additional written permission.

Sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the photograph available to third parties.

Alter, edit, or create derivative works without the Licensor’s consent (except for resizing/cropping for display purposes).

Remove any copyright, watermark, or attribution from the image.

3. Copyright and Ownership

The Licensor retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the photograph. This license does not transfer ownership.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the photograph.
