I attended @donettesaid class on PMOS & I personally do not have a dx of PMOS but wanted to take this class for a multitude of reasons. First of all, content and presentation alone 10/10. CONTENT 100/10. Donette is SO knowledgeable, the material in this class was thorough and If you have no understanding of PCOS now known as PMOS, the material was presented in a way that was easily digestible. I learned so much, I’ve learned so much from Donette and somehow she always outdoes herself πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’πŸ’

Donette Lowe was an exceptional instructor. Her presentation skills were professional, interactive, and welcoming. She created a comfortable environment where attendees felt encouraged to ask questions and openly discuss topics related to remedies, symptom management, and the underlying causes of PMOS. Her warm and approachable personality made the learning experience even more enjoyable.

One of the things I appreciated most was how detailed the class was while still being easy to follow and retain. I personally struggle with retaining information at times, but Donette simplified complex topics in a way that fit my learning style perfectly. I walked away with valuable knowledge that I know will help me support my family, friends, and community.
