Parlour Dispatch Board — 5-Branch Offline Continuity Licence

A perpetual internal-use licence for one funeral business operating up to five locations. It is a local, offline continuity and service-day readiness board, not a replacement for the buyer's case-management, policy, accounting or compliance system.

Use it when internet access is unreliable, during a system transition, or when a morning operations meeting needs one deliberately limited view of what must be ready before vehicles leave. There is no recurring software subscription.

The download contains the working single-file offline dispatch board, readable source, the commercial licence, a safe customisation map and a self-implementation checklist. It helps keep coded cases, service dates, venues, hearse assignments, permits, coffins, flowers, catering, confirmations and invoice balances visible in one place. Red rows show attention-required cases; green rows show cases marked dispatch-ready. CSV export, JSON backup/restore and a printable dispatch view are included.

Licence scope: one purchasing legal entity, up to 5 operating locations and 30 staff users. Internal rebranding and reasonable internal source modifications are permitted. Resale, sublicensing, public SaaS operation and redistribution are not permitted.

Use case codes only. Do not enter names, identity numbers, medical information, payment-card details, document images or confidential family notes. This is a continuity and readiness aid, not a system of record and not a legal-compliance, medical, accounting, insurance or official record system.

No automatic saving or syncing. Use Backup JSON before closing, then Restore JSON when you return.

Supplied as-is. Hosting, installation, migration, data entry, integration, custom development, training, updates and support response times are not included. No future work is promised by this purchase.
