A real escape room costs $25–35 PER PERSON. This is $14.99 for the whole table — and you can print it again next year for free. (8 players = $1.87 each.)

**THE GREAT CHRISTMAS CLOCK** — a printable Christmas escape room kit for the whole family.

The town's Great Christmas Clock stopped at 11:47 PM on Christmas Eve — and legend says Christmas can't arrive until the clock strikes midnight. Eight gears have jammed, each locked behind a puzzle. Repair all eight, learn each gear's true name, combine them into the master word, and start the clock before midnight.

**NO LOCKS. NO APPS. NO ACCOUNTS.** Just print, cut, hide, and play.

**WHAT'S INSIDE (27-page PDF, instant download):** - Host Setup Guide (5 pages) — color/shape-coded directions, print checklist, what to cut, what to hide and where, ~15 min setup - Story booklet + read-aloud script (2 pages) - 8 puzzle pages — word scramble, spot-the-difference gears, mouse maze, secret cipher, logic grid, chime bells, cut-and-rebuild clock face, finale riddle - 24 hint cards (3-tier hint ladder per puzzle: nudge → steer → near-answer) - Full answer key + master-word derivation (host only) - Host cheat sheet with cut-out Great Key - 2 "Official Clock-Keeper" completion certificates

**THE DETAILS:** - 2–8 players, ages 8+ (gears 1–3 are kid-solvable; teens and adults drive 4–8) - ~60 minutes with occasional hints - US Letter, prints cleanly in color OR grayscale (ink-friendly interiors) - One purchase serves the whole table — reprint it free every year

**HOW IT RUNS:** The host hides 8 numbered envelopes (one gear each) around the house. Players solve them in order, the host deals hints like cards, and the whole table speaks the master word together for the finale. Setup takes about 15 minutes; scissors, tape, and 8 envelopes are the only supplies.
