ESTATE is a single-listing microsite for homes that do not go on a portal. The visitor arrives at the gate at first light, and as they scroll, the camera glides up the drive, through the glass, past the floating stair and out onto the terrace at golden hour. Scroll back and the film rewinds. Four chapter captions land on cue, the estate crest draws itself in light at the end, and the details wait below in frosted glass. Most property sites are a gallery with a form attached. ESTATE is a private viewing.

The hero is the first frame of a short film. Scroll, and the still dissolves into motion with no jump and no ghost, because the still is literally frame zero. Fifteen seconds of one continuous camera move are spread across the page, so every scroll wheel tick is a glide, never a cut. Scroll up and the house rewinds. Stop anywhere and it holds.

Four chapters surface while the film plays: The Estate, Residences, Amenities, The Setting. Each is one sentence in a high-contrast serif with two dark glass cards beside it. The film closes on the estate's monogram drawn in champagne gold hairlines.

Below the film, the sections a serious buyer expects, restrained and quiet:

• The Estate: two narrative cards and a row of oversized specification numerals set as typographic art.
• Residences and Spaces: a horizontal gallery with heavy drag inertia and a cursor that becomes a "View" label.
• Amenities: six glass cards.
• The Setting: narrative, three distance numerals, and a map slot that takes a Google Maps embed.
• Private Enquiry: agent card, link pills for brochure and floor plans, and a form whose fields draw themselves in as hairlines, with a sheer-curtain loop breathing behind it.

Everything is real HTML text. Nothing is baked into the footage, so the site is searchable, translatable and yours to rewrite.

Built for non-coders. Every word, number, image path and link lives in one commented file. Change the text between the quotes, save, refresh. The README walks a first-timer through it in two minutes, then covers price on application versus a listed price, swapping the crest, adding photos, wiring the enquiry form, embedding the map, re-branding every colour from a single token block, and the exact commands to drop in your own property film.

Engineering that stays out of the way. Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no dependencies. Scrub-optimised desktop and phone encodes so seeking stays smooth. Frame-time corrected easing so every display feels identical. Reduced-motion visitors, and anyone whose browser cannot play the film, get a calm fallback of hero still plus plain sections.
