Free Introductory Session
Trained as a transpersonal psychotherapist, and an advocate for the wisdom of the body and the guidance of our dreams, my approach focuses on the holistic integration of body, mind and spirit. Recognising the interconnectedness of these aspects within ourselves, promotes our awareness of the importance of the inner dialogue between these facets to create balance, harmony and healing.
Therapy is not just for times of crisis.
You may seek it to explore questions about your life or to address patterns of behaviour that no longer support your well-being. Therapy can help you dismantle limiting belief systems, alleviate symptoms, and cultivate greater self-awareness, leading to enhanced emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Whatever your reason for making contact, psychotherapy is a collaborative process to help you make sense of your experience.
You are a whole, creative, and unbroken being with an earthly & spiritual nature.

“All of us are born with many sub-minds―or parts………. These parts are not imaginary or symbolic.
They are individuals who exist as an internal family within us―and the key
to health and happiness is to honour, understand,
and love every part”.
Dr Richard Schwartz, founder of IFS, Internal Family Systems

Testimonials..
“I just had to let you know of the changes that have come to pass – especially as you were privy to my fears and horrors over those two years I saw you. ……I’d just like to thank you again for your great skills of listening and understanding.”
“I feel very priviledged to have had so much support from you and very very lucky. I know you have helped me to be more of who I am and shown me some tools to help me find more.
I would like to thank you with all my heart for all you have been to me and all the help you have given me.”
“You have been to me a very loving unconditional support over the last (near) decade……… this space that you and I have created is where, quite a lot of the time, I have allowed myself, and been allowed to be myself and for none of that time have I ever felt it wasn’t okay.”
