Covid-19 Pandemic and Health

Following the 4th wave of Covid-19 and the extension of the health pass decided by the French government in strict force from August 16, 2021, I looked into the effectiveness of such a decision. While the Delta variant wreaks havoc around the world, in Africa only 2% of the population out of 1300 million are vaccinated, far from the 100% needed while, according to The World Health Oganisation (WHO), it is already present in 124 territories [27, 28] and as communicable as you are vaccinated or not.
