LMP Life Skillz is a free, peer-led class where real conversations, creative expression and practical learning come together. We explore brain health, emotional well-being, human needs, communication, boundaries and self-advocacy through a humanistic, trauma-informed approach rooted in lived experience and lessons learned.

Come curious, share at your own pace and discover skills you can use in everyday life. There is space to listen, reflect, color, connect and strengthen your voice and choices.

Fridays, 2–3 PM at Everett Recovery Café.
