Who it's for

How to use

1. Excel: unzip the download, then open the .xlsx in Microsoft Excel 2010 or later (Windows or Mac).
2. Google Sheets: upload the file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets, then choose File → Save as Google Sheets.
3. Start on the Start Here tab. White cells are for your input; grey cells are calculated and locked.
4. No macros, no add-ons, formulas locked so you can't break them by accident.

Good to know

• Tax year / edition 2026 (change the year in Settings if you need another). One currency and one stock location per file.
• A stock and margin aid, not accounting, tax or legal advice – your bookkeeping remains the official record. Check your situation with your tax office or an adviser before filing.
• Reorder levels and categories are yours to set.
