SKILL LEVEL

Advanced Beginner. Crocheters looking to follow this pattern should know how to:

• Read a crochet pattern – There is NOT a video tutorial for this pattern
• Work the basic stitches: Chain, Slip Stitch, Single Crochet and Double Crochet
• Work in Closed Rounds and turned rounds.
• Skip Stitches
• Create chain spaces and work into them.
• Work a 3 Double Crochet Cluster or be willing to learn (photo tutorials teach you this stitch).

This is NOT a Beginner pattern! This is an Advanced Beginner pattern, meaning you should know and feel comfortable crocheting in general before using this pattern. Absolute beginners who are just learning to crochet will find this pattern to be way outside their skill level.

PATTERN INCLUDES

• A PDF with included tutorials for the special stitches, changing color, gauge measurements and Rounds 7 through 10, which will set you up to properly repeat the rounds. The photo tutorials have the steps written in detail, not short hand, to help you through.
• Printer friendly PDF with no photo tutorial to help save ink for crocheters who prefer to print their patterns.

Fits a standard 12 ounce aluminum can (Soda, beer, cider, sparkling water, etc).

The finished piece is approximately:

Diameter: 2.5-2.6 inches

YARN REQUIRED

You will need a Medium (4) weight cotton yarn of your choice. You will need approximately:

Color A: 90 g / 168 yards

Color B: 85 g / 159 yards

Yarn Used

Lion Brand Pima Cotton in colorways Vintage (cream/white) and Spice (burnt orange color).

Note: If you alter the pattern in any way, your yarn usage will not match these requirements.

• 4 mm (G-6) hook 
• Tapestry needle
