So you've just got a CPAP machine. WHAT NOW?!

I almost quit CPAP after 3 days.

Then I almost quit MANY times after that.

Now - Not only do I successfully and happily wear CPAP all night long, I also created an online CPAP community across all platforms on social media, where I share my lived experience, tips and support with other people in the same position.

This is the guide that puts all of that in one place, the kind of guide I only wish I had when I first got my diagnosis and machine.

Based on my real, lived experience and the questions I am asked every day, this 28-page guide covers Day 1 getting started, through to the most frequent issues and everyday CPAP problems that no-one really prepared you for.

More importantly, it's your personal guide to have handy and refer back to when CPAP decides to annoy you at 2am and you need some help!

You will get a PDF (24MB) file

Wonderful information

I feel better equipped to start my new journey with Cpap. So nice to have a guide I can go back to when I have a question. Something written down not like all the “talking at me” in the medical office. Terrific ! Keep up the good work ! Thank you !!

Great guide!

As someone who just got diagnosed as having very severe Sleep Apnea and is scared of the mask as I also have claustrophobia this guide is incredible. Broken down simply and able to navigate to any pain points straight away. Thank you so much for reducing so many of my fears and making me feel so much more prepared for this journey.

It’s confirmation,,,

I read the guide through and through and I keep it handy for easy reference. It covers the standard and other points to make wearing a mask more tolerable. It’s written in clear language, my mind adds in Cheryl’s Irish accent as I read. It gives comfort to hear my struggles with the damn machine are not unique. Knowledge is a good step in the struggles with apnea… worth the money.
