Spring Math & Literacy Centers | PRE-K & KINDERGARTEN
Students will practice math and literacy skills with these engaging Spring themed centers. These centers meet grade-level standards for kindergarten, but could be used for preschool or intervention in first grade too. There are 6 math centers, and 6 literacy centers included, for a total of 12 centers. All centers are provided in both color and black and white versions. Practice them over and over for skill mastery, and hands-on fun!

Choose a mat. Spin the spinner. Use the flower alphabet pieces to build the word on the mat. Repeat.

Consonant Vowel Blend Clip Cards
Use a clip or manipulative to cover up the matching consonant vowel blend on each card.
★ Center 3 ★
Build a Word Family Flower
Use the pieces to build a matching word family flower. Then write all the words you found on the correct word strip.

Read & Feed Spring Words
Choose a word card. Read the word and feed it to the bird. Now find the matching picture card. Feed it to the frog.

Simple Sentence Match Puzzles
Match the sentences to the correct picture.

Match -CK Words
Pick a chick card and place it on the mat. Find the matching egg card and place it on the mat. Repeat.

Butterfly Coin Match Puzzles
Match the coins words, amount, or front/back to make a butterfly.

Flower Shape Trace & Match
Choose a card. Trace the word and shape. Find the matching flower shape card. Repeat.

Springtime Addition & Subtraction
Use the number pieces to answer each addition or subtraction problem.

Raining Missing Numbers
Match the missing number rain clouds to the number cards.
★ Center 11 ★
Teen Number Count-On
Use provided manipulatives to fill in the circles on the card. Count how many and write it with a dry-erase marker. Then write the next two numbers in the sequence.
★ Center 12 ★
Greater, Less, or Equal Birds
Choose two egg cards. Compare the numbers and place them in the correct cups. Repeat.
