In This TDL you can Control Sales for the customer who haven't paid even after Payment terms is crossed,
So If the Customer hasn't paid and the user trying to pass sales user will get a warning for Overdue Bills.
In Default Tally you will only get notifications but Tally Will allow the user to make sales.
If you want to solve this and want to restrict sales you can use this TDL.
