πΊοΈ Curriculum Breakdown
This collection focuses deeply on mastering Times Tables, Long Multiplication and Long Division through a carefully curated system:
The tables themselves, 2 to 12 (8 Sub-levels): Five rungs of recall, easiest tables first, then the three ways a table can be asked for: the fact, the factor that is missing, and the list.
The same tables, read backwards (4 Sub-levels): Deliberately the same shape as the run above, in the same order. A child who climbed that one recognises this one.
Multiplying on paper (3 Sub-levels): Where recall runs out. The frame is the column sum the child already knows from M3, with a band above it to carry into.
Long multiplication (3 Sub-levels): Where one row of working stops being enough. A multiplier of two digits is the short method done twice, one place apart, and added - so the frame grows a middle: a partial product for each digit, between two rules.
Short division, in a bus stop (3 Sub-levels): The one frame that is not a stack: the divisor outside, the dividend inside, and the answer built up on top a digit at a time.
Long division (3 Sub-levels): A one-digit divisor is carried in the head. A two-digit one cannot be, so the working comes out of the head and onto the page: multiply, subtract, bring the next digit down, go again.
Factors (1 Sub-level): Turning a page of division facts into a property of a number.
Choosing the operation (1 Sub-level): Nothing new to calculate. What is new is deciding whether a question is asking you to multiply or to divide.
π― Who Is This For?
Parents looking to provide structured math support at home.
Homeschoolers searching for a sequential curriculum to guarantee zero gaps in math skills.
Teachers & Tutors looking for bite-sized, scaffolded printables for classroom morning work or targeted intervention.
π How To Use This Workbook
Print the workbook, read each rung's method page, and let your child work inside the printed frame. Then check the answers your way: in the printable answer-key PDF included in this download, or online, one page at a time, with the order ID on your Payhip receipt (valid for six months). Please keep the answer key for the adult marking the work and do not share it with your child: the workbook only works if they have worked each answer out for themselves.
