The Rate & Pitch Audit
You are almost certainly underpricing, and almost certainly cannot prove it.
That is not a criticism. There is no clearinghouse for creator fees, no published record of what anybody was actually paid, and no reliable way to check your own number against the market. Half the marketers on the other side of the table say they misprice this too.
I ran a talent agency for six years. My job was the middle. I found the creator, wrote the pitch, agreed the fee, papered the contract and chased the invoice when it went late. This is that job, done once, for you.
HOW IT WORKS
You pay, and you land straight on a form. Fill it in there and then. It takes about ten minutes and most of it is copy and paste. Three working days later your audit comes back by email.
YOU SEND ME FIVE THINGS
Your last three paid deals. The brand, the deliverable, the fee.
Your real insight figures. Reel views, feed engagement, story views and your audience split. Screenshots upload straight into the form, and they beat typed numbers, because I need reach rather than followers.
Your media kit, if you have one. Upload it or paste a link. If you do not have one, say so. That tells me something too.
The last pitch email you sent, exactly as you sent it, and the reply if you got one. Do not tidy it up. The untidied version is the one I can help with.
Three brands you would love to work with, and the single thing most in your way right now.
YOU GET BACK SIX
Where you actually are. Your real numbers, and the gap between your following and your reach, which is where most underpricing hides.
Your rate card, by deliverable. A floor and a target for each, plus what usage rights and exclusivity are worth on top.
Why that number, written out, so you can hold it in a negotiation instead of just quoting it.
Your media kit marked up, with the three fixes that matter most, in the order to do them.
Your pitch rewritten, ready to send, plus the follow up almost nobody sends.
Three brands I would put you in front of, and an honest line on which one I could introduce you to and which one you should approach yourself.
Three working days, from when your form lands. Not from when you paid.
The $99 comes off anything over $250 you book with me within 30 days. You do not have to ask. I apply it.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
An introduction is access. It is never a promise that anyone says yes, because that decision was never mine to sell you. The rates in your audit are what the market supports, based on published bands and my own campaign records. They are not a guarantee of what any brand will pay you. What you can charge depends on your content, your audience and your negotiation.
REFUNDS
The audit is written for you and delivered as a document, so it is not refundable once it has been sent. If you have not sent your figures yet and you change your mind, email info@ceorocks.co.uk and I refund it in full.
