Like many people, the beginning was tough. I was constantly searching for exercises and programs, training hard but without real structure or understanding. Progress was slow, and I often felt stuck.
Everything changed when I attended a calisthenics camp with Dailong, Iliesse, Nathan, and Shaad. I spent one full week training with them, and that experience completely shifted my mindset.
For the first time, I truly understood why certain methods work, how to structure training properly, and how to approach skills intelligently instead of just trying harder.
After that camp, I started applying those methods and explanations directly to my own training. The difference was huge. Within 6 months, I went from zero to full planche. I strated to believe in myself more when I see that amazing results.
That experience taught me that progress in calisthenics isn’t about random exercises—it’s about the right
explanations, adaptive and optimal training.
Today, I use the same principles that transformed my own journey to help others train with confidence and purpose.
